Talos Network’s mission is to support the safe deployment of advanced AI by fostering the next generation of leaders in AI policy.

Our Vision

AI is a powerful technology that is increasingly shaping our world. Our vision is a world where this transformative power is safely harnessed for all. Through robust policy that mitigates systemic risks and distributes the benefits of AI globally, we aim for a world in which all generations – present and future – can thrive.

We prioritise risks that are broad in impact, severe in potential consequences, and plausibly materialising within the coming decades. Our goal is to ensure policymakers are equipped with the necessary expertise to make well-informed decisions for AI governance.

Funding Sources

Talos Network has received support from Open Philanthropy, EA Funds, and a number of independent donors. Our donors have no involvement in the selection of fellows, development of content for the Talos Fellowship, or in our strategic direction.
